Find a way that works best for you.
Choose a way of participating that works best for you (at home, in your garden, out in nature... as long as there is an internet connection and you feel safe where you are). Get creative with your dance space, decorate it with any objects that might support or inspire you.
Choose to be on- or off-camera during the dance, or experiment with both options.
I will invite everyone to show themselves at the beginning and at the end of the session to build a space of trust, but you can decide when/if you wish to be seen while dancing. This class is for participants only. There will be no video recording or screenshots taken at any time and participants are not allowed to do so themselves.
Practice self-care.
Please look after yourself and make sure you're dancing on a clear floor/ground without any obstacles around you. Listen to your body and do not push beyond its limitations to avoid any risk of injury. Your physical, emotional and mental well-being is your responsibility. Movement can bring emotions to the surface. This session is not a substitute for appropriate professional therapeutic support.

The space is open from 10:45 am CET. Please take time to arrive and set up your dance space by 10:55.
Price: between CHF 10 - 20.-
depending on your location and financial situation. An exchange for technical assistance is also possible.
You can pay through TWINT, PayPal (paypal.me/KKucha), or email me for bank details if these options don't work for you. Please also reach out to me if you cannot pay at the moment, don't let money stop you from dancing.
Technical setup:
Please set up and check your dancing space/ options before the start of the session. You will either need your computer (most comfortable for interaction with others), smartphone or tablet with the Zoom app installed (see https://zoom.us/) and connected to your speakers (typically gives you the best sound quality) or headphones (ideally Bluetooth for mobility). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out by responding to this email. Also, feel free to invite your friends or forward this email to anyone you think might be interested.
